The Innovative Mobility Accelerator incubates and launches mobility pilot projects that solve transportation issues for communities across the Sacramento region. The solutions-oriented approach combined with design thinking results in intentional and focused collaboration on a fast timeline. It's a place for cities and counties, entrepreneurs, public and private transportation providers, the private sector, and the region’s creatives to launch mobility projects through fast-paced ideation, iterative prototyping, and human-centered design.
Who can lead a project team? All Innovative Mobility Accelerator project teams should be led by or include a SACOG member jurisdiction (city/county in the SACOG region). If your team is NOT led by a SACOG member jurisdiction, you must consult with the local jurisdiction representing your project area and they should be involved throughout the accelerator process.
